As far as I can see the house was put on the market in 2004 for $398,000. Went pending June of 2004, which means they had an offer that they accepted and they opened escrow. It went back on the market July of 2004, so escrow fell out for some reason. They reduced it to 349,950 in Aug. 2004 and it went pending again a week or so later and sold in Oct. 2004 for 360,555. This leads me to believe there may have been more than one offer since it sold for higher than list price.
I came back on the market Aug. 2005 for $469,900 but was cancelled Nov. 2005.
It came back on Dec. 2008 Bank Owned reduced to 208,900 Jan. 2009. Reduced to 191,900 Feb. 2009. Reduced to 170,900 March 2009 and now is cancelled.
It looks like it is going to sale at Auction. I know the listing agent and would be happy to make a call and get specifics for you.
