Hi Diem

As stated through the Livonia website the 2008 summer taxes were $2,832 and the 2008 winter taxes were $2,372. Currntly this home is listed for sale and the asking price is $189,900. Let me know if you are interested in looking at th home, I would be happy to help you with this.

While the asking price and information about the property appear correct below, your taxes may vary from those indicated due to Michigan's pop up tax laws. This State of Michigan tax site allows you to estimate taxes you would pay. http://www.michigan.gov/treasury/0%2C1607%2C7-121--82403--%2…

I suggest basing your estimate on the 2008 SEV of the home 153,910.00 rather than current asking price and being pleasantly surprised at any decrease in taxes.

Good morning, Diem.

Trulia has the inaccurate information on this property, as the price was reduced to $189,900 in late January. This is a bank-owned home, and I would be happy to show this to you at your convenience.
