The property has central electric heat and air. It was on the market as a banke owned property and is now showing as an expired listing. it doesn't appear that it has been sold so it should be coming back on the market. I would be happy to help you out with this or any other home if you're not currently working with an agent.

It depends on the owner of the property, for example if it a foreclosed property the previous owner may have removed the HVAC before the property was seized or and this has happened that vacant houses have seen the HVAC and the copper stolen. That is good reason why listing is not aknowledging heat and air. The banks are not going to replace this, it makes it impossible to use FHA or VA to buy house if these items are missing. I have experience with these type of properties, so let me know if I can help.
