Looks like David Gordon has the best answer for this one -rather than JP Furlong.
I would contact a local real estate professional to help with this answer and to save time and money.
(I'm on the Cape, but I can help you choose a local pro if you want help doing so.)

Just so you know, the condo fee includes: Water, Sewer, Master Insurance, and Laundry Facilities in building. This beautiful Southie property also just had a modest price reduction of $5k after being on the market about a month. To get some more info or set up an appointment, shoot me a note as I'd be happy to help. Best of luck!

So what is the difference between a condo fee that you are saying is 382.07 a month and the listed Association Fee:$150 for the same property??
