Unless the contract on the house falls apart, it would be frustrating for you to look at a home that is already spoken for by someone else. If you would be interested in some alternatives to this home, let me know. I will be happy to show you some of those. Or, I would be happy to let you know if the contract on this one does not go through.

Hi Frantze
The asking price on this house was $62,900 and yes, it has gone under contract.
In January 2008 the asking price was $229,911, but after being foreclosed on in December 2008, it was reduced to this extremely attractive price!
Despite what you migh be reading in the press, there is considerable activity in the market right now.
It might be a good idea to work with a realtor who can set up a market watch for your price range, area and any other criteria you may have.
It's the early bird that gets the good deals!

Dear Frantz,
That home was a foreclosure and, unfortunately, has a contract on it. There are plenty of other properties for sale in the Golden Gate Estates area in that same price range. If you want to see some of those, let me know and I will try to arrange getting you more information and setting up showing schedules.
Hope this helps.
