Hi Kevin,

I'm an agent & live in the Eagle Rock area, not far from Monterey Hills. I love taking my daughter to Debs Park off of Monterey Road. What a great place - its amazing how much open space is hidden there & so many great hiking trails!!

To answer your question, typically, the HOA dues for condos in the Monterey Hills area run between $300 & $400 per month. As an example, some of the HOA dues shown for condos currently listed in the 90042 zip code are $304, $330, $340, $341 & $355. Hope this helps. Hi Kevin,

I sold a townhome in this area not too long ago and I remember the dues for most condos typically being in the $250-300 per month range. Occasionally you can find a smaller building or townhome with little to no amenities with lower HOA dues like the townhome I sold (I believe was less than $200 per month). If amenities (pool, spa, gym, large grounds to maintain etc) are important to you, you will typically pay over $225 per month for them.

Let me know if you have any other questions or if you're looking for anything in particular. I know a couple of townhome owners that would consider selling their units in the area.
