In 2008 Fairlawn High school ranked 82 out of nearly 400 high schools in NJ according to the annual survey by New Jersey monthly magazine which is pretty good. There are 2 train stations in Fairlawn which is a plus and makes them within walking distance of many homes. You cannot access NYC directly but can do so by changing trains at the Seccaucus transfer station Otherwise you can take the train to Hoboken and then the Path to either Journal Square or the Wall Street area.

the taxes on this home are 7177. Fair Lawn is considered to have an excellent school system. the transportation is also a major plus as you can access NYC by train or bus. the commute is approx. 40 minutes.
