Hi Keith, Dunstable is a very rural but quaint town, snuggled in between Tyngsboro and Nashua NH. You will find it has private well (artesian well or dug) and also private septic which has a certain size for the bedrooms of a home. I grew up on Lake Massapoag which was fantastic in winter and in summer! Give me a call to answer your questions. That property is also a short sale. scheney@masiello.com 6030508-0110 have my MA and NH license. Good Luck!

Louis is correct, it does appear to be prive water and private sewer and the heat is electic and a wood burning stove. You also always want to confirm that with your buyer's agent. Please let me know if you need a good one in your area.

Best of luck!
