Annieguar, Home Buyer in Southwick, MA

We were really interested in this property. Has it been sold? And if so, is there a way I can find out how much it sold for? I

If we lost this one, I would like to know how much it sold for to do comparison shopping. This has been the nicest mobile home I've seen for this price, although at the time I started looking I thought the price was high. I didn't know the market for mobile homes and am still learning. Now I'm afraid it may have been a very good deal. Thanks for your help.

Dear Annie,

I see that someone answered your question already, that particular mobile home did sell and it sold at a great price! The mobile home park where that mobile home was located is called Hampden Village and it is a 55 or over community. My mother lives in that park so I am quite familiar with it and in all honesty it is where I hope to settle in for retirement myself. There are currently 5 other mobile homes in that park that are listed for sale on the MLS. One of them is a double wide. They range in price from 17,500-83,000. If you'd like more information about this mobile home park or any of the others in the Westfield MA area I'd be happy to share what I know.

Feel free to give me a call or drop me an email at your convenience.

Kind regards,

This may happen again if you will avoid having your buyer agent working for you.
Her or him can keep you posted on all new listing coming and do price analysis for you to make sure you don't overpay, etc. And the best part - it is free service for the buyer (usually).
It is hardly recommended to have an experienced Realtor working for you.

Have a happy and successful house hunting!
