A ranch sounds like it would work for you, but if you need wheelchair accessibility, then you will need a home with wide hallways and door frames. Many ranches come with narrow halls and door frames, so this is where an agent who can check each home for you, can find this out ahead of time, before you go out to look.

You may also want an agent who will be pro-active in looking at homes in Longmeadow that might be able to accommodate the unique situation that you are looking for.

The best way to find out what is available with those characteristics is to contact a real estate broker who specializes in the area you are in. They can then send you automatic updates of home with the bedrooms and handicap accessability needed on a regular basis. this way you will e kept up to the minute on available property options.

Feel free to contact me regarding these needs.
