The home at 868 Myrtle Street sold for $915,035 and closed on 7/28/2010, Beiten. There are several other in the area with similar criteria. If you would like for me to send you electronic flyers of these properties, please forward me your email address and I will get them over ASAP. When you'd like to see some in person, please call and I will arrange the viewings. Good Luck!

Hi Beiten,

I know this market well and I can tell you this is a fantastic "standout" property for the price. Unfortunately, as others have indicated, the "active contingent" listing in Trulia is incorrect - it sold and closed in July 2010 and is long gone. However, I am confident I can find an equal or superior alternative for you.

I have represented many foreign buyers relocating to Atlanta and can mitigate the challenges regarding such a move while maximizing the flow of accurate information regarding available properties to you. I would be happy to talk with you about your requirements and timeframe to move, and suggest the best way to move forward based on your circumstances.

My services exceed what is required of by practitioners in our industry - including full financial, market, and property due-diligence so you know exactly what you are buying (before an offer is submitted) and what an appropriate offer price range would be. After sending you all available properties from mulitple sources, you simply identify the properties of interest and I personally visit and evaluate every property before I recommend an offer and discuss a purchase strategy.

If you see the value of this unique buyer representation program, please send me an email and I will schedule a time to conference with you and discuss your needs.

Beieten,

If you’ve read the Trulia blog, you know that the home is no longer available. If you are considering working with a local expert, I’d be happy to share my knowledge with you to help you find the right home at a great price.

Beiten,
I am a real estate buyer's agent in Atlanta and my husband is Swiss/German and we are very active in the German/ American society here. I would be happy to pull up information on ANY property listed here . In Georgia, you need to hire your own agent to represent you as a Buyer otherwise, all agents represent the Seller. When you make the trip here to search for a home, I would love the opportunity to interview to be your buyer's agent. You can learn more about me and about our unique buyer program at http://www.duffyrealtyofatlanta.net. Look under the Buyer DIvision tab and then Choose your Buyer Agent.
This property that you are asking about is no longer on the market. The public websites that you search are usually not accurate but we as agents, have access to the current status of all properties.
Email or call me and we can talk more about your move and plans to purchase here.
