Good Mornng Martina,

I just saw that you were really more interested about the current listing on Augusta that has been on the market for 386 days. This property looks to be vacant and it has been listed at 121.00 per sq. ft. The homes that have been selling in the last few months in this neighborhood have sold for around 100.00 per sq. ft. I think with the price being a little high and the home being vacant this has caused it to not sell as fast. If you are interested in this home I would be happy to send you some more info. or take you to see it as well.

Martina,

We showed that home a few months back and are familiar with the property. There was another home on Augusta that was for sale at 1939 Augusta that is still on the market.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

Disregard my question. I was getting it confused with 1912 Augusta Court, which has been for sale for quite some time.

Hi Martina,

This home sold for considerably less than most of the homes in the surrounding market. Based on information given from the buyer's agent this home had some extensive repairs that were going to need to be made. This home needed a new roof, paint, and carpet. There were also no appliances in this home and it showed some issues with the foundation at the time of inspection. These issues brought the value of this home down. I would be happy to share more information with you on this home or other homes in this area. If you would like more information please feel free to contact me at (512) 695-1634, by e-mail at smccomb@kw.com or you can search for homes at http://www.staceymccomb.com
