I don't believe it was either. Public records show a Gift Deed, then a Grant Deed for 139K, then an Intrafamily Transfer.
This was probably some internal arrangement. This is also why you should always consult a realtor to get the true value of the property.
I hate to say it, but the automated websites just don't know, can't know, the true value, as there are so many components to property evaluation, the biggest one being the location difference and the views etc.
