It is unfortunate that Trulia mixes properties that are actually listed for sale with those that are not. For a website with homes that are actually for sale, please view http://www.HedgesRealtyExecutives.com.

Thank you.

Hi Mike,

Upon further investigation, this RealtyTrac foreclosure was posted over 180 days ago and this house SOLD on 8/24/2012 for $299,000 (county appraisal is $338,000 and asking price was $329,900 with only 42 DOM [days on market]). So you don't miss out on foreclosures and to receive more great information like this, please see website shown or ask me about how to be notified when foreclosures become available to the public for sale.

RealtyTrac places advance notice of pre-foreclosures. Anytime you see a transfer value it is just a posting of what the Lender had to pay the courts to regain the house which they foreclosed on. The Lender will take about 4 to 8 months to put the property on the market. The transfer value is NOT a sales price. The sales price will be somewhere in the range of $275,000 to $350,000 for this house. Feel free to contact me for more details about how to be first in line for this property.
