Good afternoon Smidash,
When I searched the MLS for this address, it shows only two homes for sale in Oak Crest and both are priced at $249,000. Follow this link to the listing sheets:

What address or MLS number do you have for the property in question?

Best regards,

Hello,
This property is a bank owned foreclosure and is listed for sale at $249,900. When I clicked on the link you provided the property popped up on Trulia as showing $204,000 (transfer value).
This most likely is the price that the bank purchased the home back for at the Sheriff Auction.
According to the foreclosure history the final judgement amount on the property was $395,395.

Hope that helps. If you have further questions just let me know.
