Hi Dee,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The listing information shown at the link above will be removed from our site within approximately 24 hours since it shows the wrong price. I've checked for this listing at the other prices you mentioned but wasn't able to find it. I assume that we're no longer receiving the listing information at those other prices, but if I'm mistaken and you find the duplicate listings, please send them my way.

Thank you,

Dee, there are many ways that a home can get listed on Trulia. Many of those require manual pricing updates by the listing agent, so if that is not done, the home will likely show up with different prices. The MLS is the only place that reflects pricing updates automatically, so if you're looking at a listing that wasn't "fed" by the MLS, such as an agent's home search tool (or IDX) or, you could be looking at outdated pricing.

Hi Dee,

Quick questions for you:
What 3 websites?
Were you able to see when information had been last updated?

When might you plan to be in AZ?
Are you considering a 2nd home purchase?

We would like to offer you a way to search for homes privately
online using a map based MLS system that notifies you each time a new
home that meets your criteria comes to the market. It can generate
directions, school information radius searches, a place to save your
favorites and much more.
No more driving around wasting gas looking at open houses.
(when you are here in Sunny AZ).

Feel free to go to our website and request to be set up on this...

Happy Home Searching,

Hi Dee

This property was listed for $200,000 and is currently on the market for $100,000. It likely had changes in between that you have picked up. Many of the web sites are less than current or accurate with information.

The MLS offers the best available information as to the current price etc. I would be glad to create a custom search for you and your wants/needs.

Hi Dee,

This property is a short sale. For detailed info on short sales, I welcome you to click this link . This property was initially listed for sale at $200K & then it has been steadily reducing in price for the past 84 days to its current listed price of $100K.

Hope this info and the info on the website I mentioned will help you to make good real estate decisions.

Yes, it is currently listed for $100,000 and it is a SHORT SALE (The owner owes more money than the home is worth and needs permission from the lender(s) in order to sell at a specific price).

The latest price change was on 9/29/2008.

I hope this helps!
