This property has been in the hands of the bank. Can you tell me if it will be listed for sale?

Many times when a home is in the hands of the bank, the bank will take two options, 1. either auction is off or 2. list with an REO agent to represent the bank. Keep in mind that Bank Foreclosures are exempt from property condition reports in CT and is an "as is" sale. However, still have a home inspection as I would advise, this way you are aware of any problems that may exist. When it comes to purchasing a bank foreclosure, banks look for the highest price and best terms from multiple offers, yet they are priced for a fast sale.
