It does seem low for a two bedroom in the area but it is on a busy street. There have been plenty of scams on Trulia and other social media outlets for rentals. Make sure you are dealing with the owner or the property manager before moving forward and never send any money to secure anything before you look at the property. Good luck!

This home just came on the market for $795k so it's probably just a scammer that stole the photos from some site and is trying to fleece someone of the deposit and 1st month's rent.

I'll notify the listing agent so he is aware.

It is a scam. This guy has done the same thing with my listings.
