The internet showes This house listing price 14,500.00 Compared to similar homes Avg. listing price 132,732. You listed it at that price. I think you have to sell it at that price

Hi Harry,

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you are wrong. Number One: the price
is set by the seller, not the broker. Number Two: the seller's list price
for this home is $145,000. It IS listed for $145,000 in MIBOR, our local broker cooperative.
Some internet service accidentally misprinting the price in no way makes the seller liable
to sell it at that price.

Whoever gave you this info is mistaken. However, you can take that $14,500 you have saved up and use
it for your down payment.
