This home is listed as "handyman", would this mean the home is destroyed or just needs minor repairs?

Asked by Frank, West Babylon, NY Wed May 27, 2009

The condition is listed as good and some homes I have looked at in the past with a good listing were not that bad. I am pretty handy and don't mind doing minor things on my own.

I checked the Realtor "notes" that the consumer cannot see and there is no indication of real condition. I am always a little concerned when there are no interior photos. The exterior looks pretty good.

If you would like to see this home, I would be happy to arrange it for you. Gail@GailGladstone.com 631-425-6150.

It means it needs a quite a bit of work "put on your tool belt". It's a good idea to see the house to estimate the amount of work needed. Good Luck..
