It's possible the tax accessor has it wrong.
You can correct it with them if you wish.

However probably better to just let your agent know when you sell it the next time and they can put the correct info in the MLS.

The information on Trulia states that their source is assessor.

For non-listed properties websites like Trulia obtain property information from the county Central Appraisal District and in this home's case Dallas CAD shows it as a 2 bedroom. If you'd like it corrected you should contact Dallas CAD at 214-631-0910. Be aware that increasing the bedroom count will likely increase the tax appraised value thus increasing your annual property tax bill. Correcting this information is not necessary when you sell your home as agents will enter the correct information on the MLS which will supersede the CAD data for listing purposes.
