tlmcmullen023, Home Buyer in Lansdale, PA

There isn't alot of information about this property. For example, how large is the land not home? Is there a large backyard? Why does it have oil?

that is too expensive and not practical for a new home. This will not sell well. The economy and oil prices will deter people from even looking at this property. Change it to gas heating and I will be interested in it.

Dear Buyer - the home may have some options to select from (oil, gas, heat pump) and simply poorly submitted into various online systems. It says in system Oil Heat, followed by Gas Hot Water so as with some of the custom construction I've assisted buyers with we cross that path once we know location is suitable. It is situated on 4.60 acres... And was being offered as just land last year. Be glad to assist further - Rich Parke with RE/MAX, Homes@RichParke.com, http://www.AllGreatHomes.com, 215-872-9751.

You are correct; there is very limited information that is being advertised at this time. However, more information can be obtained. Are you currently working with a buyer's agent to represent you on the purchase of your new home? If not, this scenario presents one aspect of the home search process where a buyer's agent will be of assistance. Good hunting!
