Hi Craig,

As others have stated this condo is in The Hamptons at MetroWest. The correct zip is 32835. The picture of the gray 2-story is a picture of the unit - it is a end unit. The other photo shown below that one is not the condo. In The Hapmtons there are some units that are multi-story (more like a townhouse) like this one, and there are units that are your typical condo (single floor units stacked). As Tami had mentioned there are numerous ones for sale whether they be bank-owned, short sale, etc. I currently have a unit listed in this complex - it is gated with tons of amentities.

Good luck with your search, and it would be wise in this market to get the assistance of a Realtor - there's no cost involved by getting a buyer's agent.

The Trulia listing has the wrong zip code (they must have just input the address and Orlando, FL). When you google that address, Westchester Av in Winter Park comes up. Anyway, the Metrowest one is correct (zip code 32835). Also, the picture of the unit is correct, I believe. As Tami mentioned, there are several types of units in the Hamptons.

Hi Craig
I am going to agree and disagree with the other Realtors here. The actual address is in The Hamptons in MetroWest, a condo community. There is one active unit showing that address. The confusion comes in because there are multiple unit numbers available with that address. One agent here who was showing property in the Hamptons? must have noticed that the picture shown on Trulia is NOT the Hamptons, I am agreeing with other Realtor. Somewhere there is some confusion.

Bottom line here, I hope you have a Realtor helping you to sort thru this. That is what a Realtor can do for you. Choose one with enough information about the areas of Central Florida to help you sort this out. What exactly are you looking for ? a condo in MetroWest ( there are plenty) or a bungolow in Winter Park (plenty of those too)? No matter what you are looking for a Realtor can help you locate and filter thru the many available properties as well as guide you thru the process of short sales, bank owned or what ever kind of property or investment you want. We work for you!

I suggest you get a referral to a good local agent or interview a few till you find one you are comfortable with tand work with that agent exclusively. Sorry about the confusion and please know we are here to help in any way and to earn your business.

Good Afternoon,

This property is actually in Metrowest .... The Hamptons. I was showing property in that community last night. There are several different styles of condos located within the Hamptons @ Metrowest. This unit is bank owned & currently has accepted a contract. There are almost 90 units for sale in the area. I can send you information on other units that match your criteria. And, I have a local bank which will be adding a couple of condos to the market when their foreclosure process is complete. Please contact me at the information below.

I look forward to working with you. Have a fantabulous day!

I believe the first photo must be of another property. The Condo is described as being at The Hamptons, which is in Metrowest and would look nothing like the grey 2 story home shown .
