The info, post remodel, on this property is incorrect. For instance, now 2.5 baths. Additional sq ft, etc.

This is misleading to our potential buyers. How to correct?

Hi Carolyn,
if you have a Realtor working for you, have them get on Trulia start an account (if they don't already have one) and they can add and edit property information as needed! If you are attempting to sell yourself, you should also be able to edit the information through "My Trulia". I agree with Dirk that in this market (and every market since shortly after I began my real estate career in '85) you need the help of a web-savvy Realtor, one that has a commanding presence on this and other sites. With over 90% of all buyers beginning their search on the internet, no one can afford to not be "virtually represented"!!! all the best....

This a--ll came form a source that is likely the county. If your home is for sale than you need a good broker that uses Trulia and supports the service to make sure you are properly represented. This is part of the new world we are in Carolyn. Like it or not there is a lot of public info and some places use it. Trulia is one.

If you need a web saavy broker than call me and I will help you sell your home!

Thanks and best wishes.
