I agree with everyone. This might be a scam. It's hard to find a studio for that price let alone a 2 bdrm in the West Village. Be careful.

Scam. Might be a share and this is for one of the BRs. You can't even get a one BR in this area at this price.

This ad sounds like a scam. I could be wrong but this apartment is priced waaaay too low for it's location. I'd be careful. The building is listed to have 3 stories.
