I did the research for you...it is not unusual for an agent in a different state to market a property out of state and when there is a response, refer the interested party to the listing agent.

This NY agent is checking for me if the property is still available and will call me back with the information. It is INDEED in Florida.

Please contact me off line at Gail@GailGladstone.com so I can provide you with the information when I receive it.

This agent seems to be a little confused. On her listing page (which she does not disclose the address), she put as her headline: "HOLLYWOOD HILLS DREAM HOME GREAT INVESTMENT New York City Houses: Florida, 2 Bedroom House for Sale". I know there is a Hollywood in Florida, but Hollywood Hills?

If you are looking for properties in New York City, drop me a line and tell me what you are looking for. My email is rdaub@warburgrealty.com.
