The Listing Agent works for the Seller and that Agent will try to get the best Price for the Seller and the Buyers Agent works for the Buyer and helps the Buyer by setting appointments to view homes, Find a Lender that supports your needs, get the best Home at the minimum Price, schedule Contractors for the Inspection Period and make sure everything is done in a timely manner. This is only a few of many details I take care of.
