Usually it means that the property is under contract. It does not necessarily mean that the possession has already been passed to the buyer.

Sometimes a "sold" sign will be placed on a property when it goes into contract.
If you would like to stay up to date with the market, you can sign up at http://www.mls4u@listingbook.com. There is no obligation and its free. You can set the software to provide you with local market updates.

According to MLS, the home just recently went into contract and it has not sold yet.
