Dear john.w.finn,

Most of the people responding here to your question would like to become your real estate agent. To some degree or another we are all effectively auditioning to do so.

If you do not yet have a real estate agent, then you should know before you commit to working with someone specific who replies to you here that generally speaking (with some possible exceptions) the agent who walks in with you to see any property for the first time will "by default" become you real estate agent (at least for that property)- unless you have a written agreement with a different agent who you have already designated as your real estate agent.

If that is the case (you've already signed an agreement with an agent to represent you) and you'd like to continue to work with your own designated agent, then you should contact your agent to arrange a showing/viewing of any property for you.

Again if you do not yet have a real estate agent- I would suggest speaking with multiple agents before you make a choice on whom you'd like to work with, and I would not necessarily rule out people who have responded to your request here. These agents tend to be pretty technologically up to date (compared to the vast majority of agents), and as a result they can often respond to requests more quickly.

I have also included some links on how to choose a Realtor if you are just starting out whether you are buying or selling (or both).

Let me know if you have any questions or if you need additional assistance. Good luck.

Hopefully you've found some assistance by now. These websites are not updated and there have been a lot of rental scams posted lately. Work with an agent directly to find you the best property. Good luck!

If you want to rent a nice condo or townhouse, why not work with a local Realtor who is familiar with the rental market and will be able to find you something in your price range. Let me know if you would like me to connect you with one of our best agents in the city to assist you, no cost to you, but you MUST
commit and be loyal to just one Realtor for obvious reasons. Let me know if you are interested in a good

Thank you for the timely responses. I am currently in the market for a 3 bedroom in the same neighborhood or nearby for $2,800-$3,400. If you have listings matching that criterion please send along to

it's been on hold for 270 days so something is going on. I have been in this building and the units are small and not very functional. The walls are at angles so furniture placement is poor.

It appears this is only for sale, not for rent.
