1025 Maxwell Lane Hoboken
2 beds, 2 baths, 1331 sq.ft. sold 12/1/08 for $869,000 ($653 per sq.ft.)

Hi Neena,
That property is located at 323 Jackson Street (unit 301) in Hoboken and the asking price was reduced to $390,000 on December 9th. It was originally put on the market in August for $415,000. The sellers paid $430,000 for it in late 2005.

The person who posted the "postlet" on the internet from which the Trulia listing was pulled is not the listing agent. Perhaps that accounts for the error.

Thanks Walter for your answer. Would you able to give me some idea on how the per square foot price for 2-Bedroom condos in Hoboken have fared in the last one year - for downtown Hoboken, Uptown, and the River Street area?

That must be a typo. The address is not disclosed so I cannot look it up in the tax records. It could be that the developer paid $1.39 million for the land back when it was developed.
