The condo you are looking at is in the foreslosure process. That's why is the condo is listed be Realty Trac. You probably should start looking for other rentals.

I am assuming you are inquiring about a single specific condominium property or an association. You can find that information by contacting the listing agent or another agent listed on the page. Or you can log onto most our individual pages and conduct your own searches. Probably one of the most difficult pieces of information to find is, "Can the Condo be rented?" That often times has nothing to do with the owners, it depends upon the condominium or association rules and by-laws.
