Seller's attorney never got a Water Cert, so money was kept in escrow until he got it. He finally got it, but now Chicago Title is telling me that 2 Water Certs are needed, and they are "working" with Chicago's Water Dept to get the second one. They are taking far too long and I am growing weary. My useless attorney stopped caring a long time ago. What can I do here? Can I not seek damages? Can Chicago Title get away with this?
