The home is being offered for sale or lease purchase. The lease terms are not on the listing. However, just like the price, everything can be negotiable. Please let me know if I can help.

This home is listed "for sale". If you wanted to do a lease with an option to purchase, it would be best to get an agent who can help you with putting together a lease agreement as well as an option to purchase agreement. Establish the sale price and/or the lease amount, along with any other element of any real estate contract is completely negotiable. The lease amount would be whatever the lessee and lessor can negotiate. If you need help in negotiating on this home or any other home, please give me a call so we can determine what your options are and what home will work for you.
