Maria this is a bank owned property and the bank would like to sell this property quickly. It is located in the University area. The bank will give you back 3.5% of the sales price in concessions if you close by March 14. ou don't have to close by this date but to qualify for the funds you do. This is a good area to purchase a condo and rent to a college student

No need to be afraid of bank owned properties. The right agent can guide you thru if that is what you are interested in. This paticular condo you asked about has to close by March 14, 2009 and you must follow the paticular guidelines. This is why I suggest you have a Realtor's advice and guidance, but do not be afraid to to continue to locate the best deals. You just need to be prepared when you make your offer. Happy Holidays! This is a condo unit. Windmill Point condos. This is a "homesteps" home meaning that it may qualifies for assistance, if you qualify. We would have to get more information from you to see if you qualify for buying assistance with closing costs. it is 850 sq ft and a 2BR 1BA. Second floor unit with terrace. Hi there - watch out on these... bank owned properties will require their own paperwork and addenda to be completed regardless of the FAR/BAR they ask for. They are also not usually subject to inspection so I'd suggest getting one done before hand. We're Orlando's condo brokerage and have done quite a few of these so let us know if you need help processing it - and don't use the bank's own agent.
