Our home was just listed, but Trulia doesn't say it's for sale. What do we (or our agent) need to do?

Asked by Tom Garver, 22202 Sat Apr 18, 2009

The listing went into the system Friday, 4/17/09. Trulia doesn't show it for sale, and does not include the open house tomorrow.

There is a bit of a lag time between Trulia and the MLS. Usually 24 hours so don't panic. If your agent wants to "claim" the listing then they need to join Trulia but it will appear without them doing anything additional.

Your agent needs to join Trulia. He/she can then put their listings onto the trulia website.
