there aren't any homes on Peacock listed on the Desert Area MLS as a sale, so it is probably not an REO at this point and most likely is going to auction. If you have the exact address I can see if I can find out more information for you. Give me a call.

Hi Al,

Your best chance is to inquiry a realtor. He or she can contact title and find out the latest development with regards to this property. Also another way is to contact the the acessor's office.

This is advertised by RealtyTrac. You can register on their site prior to the auction. Most auctions require bidders to register prior to the auction. Some require bidders to provide proof of ability to pay at registration. RealtyTrac is a site which charges. You should be able to find other auctions in your area by going to the county website. Also, contact an auctioneer who specializes in real estate auctions for other than tax auctions.
