It's a drama pricing shell game. Sad, but true.

I would also make a formal complaint with the Florida Board of Realtors

Cheryl,

You and about 1000 others. If you are looking in Marco or Naples give me a call and I can put together a custom home report for you. It would include some great bank owned properties and other wonderful deals.

Thanks

This is not correct. The homes surrounding this listing are in the Million $+ range. The agent may be looking for someone to make an offer to get the ball rolling with the bank, but I'm sure the bank isn't going to entertain anything remotely near this price. Banks don't want to own real estate, but this price is beyond ridiculous.
