Looks like this is a SHORT SALE, but I don't see any NOD's (Notice of Defaults). And the price has been adjusted. Be careful with Short Sales, since the price may not reflect what the owning bank is willing to take. Plus you will have to look at the title for other liens on the property. Make sure the seller clears these at closing.
As a full-time agent, I specialize in Bank Owned properties and Short Sales, plus I live and work in Evergreen.

I am very familiar with all aspects from schools, to amentities different communities offer, etc. Actually, the afternoon lunchtime works great for me! Let me know what exactly you are looking for and I'd be happy to start a few searches for you. As for my personality, my clients and personal contacts tell me I'm down to earth and easy to work with and efficient! I am happy to help you find a home in Evergreen. Have worked in the area and am glad to provide references. I offer a one-hour, no -hassle, no-obligation consultation to discuss your needs. It is a great way to talk more in detail about your desires, my experience and working style.

Hi L, I would also like to interview for providing you professional Real Estate Services. Since the Market always ultimately decides selling price, in my honest opinion, an Agent's skill level is more important than a set geographic footprint.

Meeting to show properties during normal lunch times is not an issue.
