Georgiette,

The Manors is a nice community. I sold a home their. They are two different builders in the community. One of the Hovanians and Ryan homes. Their products differ is terms and building materials and standard features. There's quite a few things you should know about purchasing new construction. You need to know how the builder work with upgrades, deposits, etc. Don't make your first visit without having your own representation in a buyer's agent experienced in representing clients in new construction transactions. Feel free to call or email. It my be my pleasure to assist you.

Best Regards,

This is the listing price. It usually is with whatever the builders standard features are. I worked for a builder. If you want to call me I can explain the difference with buying a new construction and pre owned. There are things that you have to check into in a market like the one we are in. Irene 609 8285451.
