This subdivision has electricity at the line, water at the street, and city sewer, It is off Montoya and Doniphan betwwen Redd Rd a residential neighborhood, typically 1100 to 1300+ sq ft homes on rather nice 11,000 to 12000+ lot sizes, some custom built nice area to build on.. current taxes on land before yo build is appx $500-$650 depending on lot size

If you are interested in Manufactured acceptable lots, to retire on look on the West side of Montoya near Clayton, , but they are starting to build there also.. I specialize in Acres, horse properties and properties with irrigation EBID and water wells. as well as Upper Valley homes, some nice lots to build on! Luv my country settings.
