Unfortunately, when you see the realtytrac logo, you can be pretty sure that the listing is more designed to get you to buy their "service" than it is to help you buy the property.
I would contact a local real estate professional to save time and money.

Ted and Anthony are correct. If I may expound: This property has a long way to go to make it to the market, if it ever will. I recommend getting in touch with someone who is familiar with the foreclosure, auction and REO process in order to get a better idea of what the next steps are. I hope this helps.
