The link attached will get you a birds eye view of the property.

I find it very useful in previewing properties.

Hi Lorna,

The property you're inquiring about is an oceanfront buildable lot of land. It has a building permit issued. The lot is located in the South Plymouth area and although it is direct ocean front, it does not have beach access. The average lot size in the neighborhood is ranges from .15 to .25 making this lot (.76) very spacious. I am very familiar with this area having helped many buyers and sellers move in and out of this neighborhood over the past 13 years. If you'd like more information on this lot, please give me a call and I'd be happy to assist you in any way I can. Happy Holidays!

Thanks for the heads-up, Cameron. I have redirected the question to Massachusetts. Many city and town names appear in multiple states and sometimes a questioner will click on the wrong link. It should appear in the correct geographic area now.

You might want to repost this question in the Plymouth, MA newsgroup - rather than than the Plymouth, MN group. An agent there will certainly pick up on your question and be able to better assist you than those of us here in MN. This has been a common problem recently and Trulia and I will be submitting a request to have them resolve this this afternoon.
