Cambria Village is directly across the street from Sunny Side Village and has brand new 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath town homes from only $164,900, an exceptional value. There are 4 models to choose from including the new Georgetown Model with a garage. All newly built homes are also energy star certified to save to save you at least 15% off your heating, cooling and hotwater costs. The Model is located @ 42 Cottswood Ct and is open Thursday thru Monday from 11-6

Wm,

Don't do it. Home prices in this neighborhood are dropping faster than leaves in November. Most people who bought within the last few years can't even get anywhere near what they paid for the townhouses. There are many better deals in the area. Look elsewhere.

William,

There are many homes for sale in Sunnyside Village. There is even a bank owned one which you will be able to get at a reduced price. Currently the bank home is priced at $154,900 and it's 3BR/2 full and 2 half baths. If you want more info on this home, let me know.

Also, go to my web site to get information on bank owned homes.

Yes it is considered Sunnyside Village. Annual dues for the Home Owners Association are $ 50. If this home is of interest, you may contact me at 302-562-0628 to discuss further.
