The property you asked about is currently "Pending - Continue To Show." What this usually means is that there is an offer that has been accepted on the property with some contingencies. Sometimes, it may also mean that they are working on a contract but may not think that it is a strong enough offer to mark it "Pending - Do Not Show." And finally, it could mean that there is an accepted offer but the seller wants to continue to market the property until the day it actually closes.....similar to "Don't count your chickens unti they have hatched."
In a case like this you can make a "Back Up" offer. This is an offer that is fully negotiated but does not go into effect unless the first offer or primary doesn't work out. Talk with your agent about this as a possibility.
Hope this helps.
