Is this listing sold or expired? I was told by an agent that it fell off the mls because it had expired.

It sounds like you might have a relationship with the agent you spoke to and if so I would have them
either call the seller or listing agent to see if seller's are considering relisting this property. If you
do not have a relationship with a buyer's agent any agent can call the seller for you. It is an estate
sale with some units occupied and some vacant. At this point the executor is releasing the property
back to the heirs. They have a letter of intent that is being sent to the heirs but the listing agent does not know if the heirs are interested in this letter of intent. It can still be shown if you would like to see it.

Hi John,

Yes, as noted below in the earlier answers, the Triplex has expired.

It expired on Feb. 1, 2009 after being on the market since April 25, 2008 when it was originally listed for $2,100.000. It has a lot of activity showing in it's listing history, the property has been "Pending" 5 times.

Your agent should offer to contact the listing agent (or even the owner) for you about the property. Often the property is re-listed with the original agent (or even a different agent) and that agent can work with your agent to view the property. Even if the owner is not planning on listing it, perhaps your interest in the property will convince the owner to list it again. Then you would have an opportunity to see it and perhaps make an offer on it.

If the previous listing agent is not going to be listing it, and another agent is, then your agent can can let you know when it comes back on the market.

It sounds as if you are not yet working with an agent, so if you have questions or would like help, please feel free to contact me.

Best wishes on your house hunt!

Hi John,

It has expired (2/1/2009) and as mentioned below, it has not yet been relisted. Would you like me to call on it for you, if so would you like to view it?

I live and work on Northlake Way, so am close. Also, if you are looking for a good bank who has private funds I have a great referral for you.
