Try realtor.com or find an agent to help you. There are many outdated data on this site as well as other sites.

If you would like to purchase a lot of land or a building that is distressed, you should seek the counsel of a Licensed Real Estate Agent. If you visit my website at http://www.idealhomesinchicagoland.com you can get up-to-the-minute information on what you are looking for. Taxes are based on many factors here in Chicago. May I suggest a Chicagoland agent that has expertise in Investment properties in all areas of Chicago proper.

If you ever have questions on a property you are probably best served by working with a knowledgeable agent. For example, if you were working with a good agent he/she would be able to tell you that the property you are asking about was sold for $1,000 on 9/21/2011 (according to the MLS).
