This home was a bank owned property and closed May 26, 2010 for $240,000. The really well priced bank owned homes go fast and this one had a "highest and best" due date for April 10. This is typical so you have to find them when first listed and act fast. If you are not working with an agent, I can set up a search for you that comes directly from the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service that alerts you within 24 hours of each new home listed within your criteria and I can create very specific criteria. You can send me an e-mail, visit my website (link included) or call my office 248-647-3200.

Hi Carrie,

Cathy nailed it. Bank-owned (or any aggressivley priced) homes are flying off the shelf these days. Align yourself with a good local agent familiar with both foreclosure listing and purchasing and get rolling with an auto update direct from our source which will notify you when new properties hit the market to guarantee you are one of the first in the door. Good luck!
