I don't see this one for sale. Price looks like a tax lien or a second lien, which would not get you anywhere. In Hackberry I would expect to pay $200K+ to 300 or 400K+ for almost any foreclosure. I don't think you'll see any even in the very worst shape for under $100K.... just doesn't make sense.

If it looks to good to be true...it normally is.

That home hasn't been for sale, so it has never been available. It has been repossessed by its foreclosing lender, who may place the property on the market at some time in the future - it is not available at present.
