Is this house located within the City of Orlando territory, or Orange Count territory?

Asked by Brad, Maitland, FL Tue Jan 20, 2009

I wanted to know because I'm trying to use down payment assistance through wither the city of orlando ro orange county, and I want to know which governmental jurisdiction I should apply for. (if it's in the city of orlando, I'll apply through the city. If it's in orange county territory i'll apply through orange county.) Any chance of getting the address of this house?

Upon calling this home appears to be off the market but is also located in Poncianna, it was place wrong by the zip code according to one of the agents working with the firm.

On another note I've just sold a home to a first time buyer with Orange County assistance 2 weeks ago and just placed an offer on an awesome home a couple days ago for another first time buyer who's getting down payment assistance from Orange.

Let me know if I can help, also visit my website for first time buyer information.

Hi Brad,

There is no property address listed even when you click on the link, which will eventually take you to a Homes & Land page where the listing agent information is. This property does not seem to be listed in the MLS. To find out more information I would contact the listing agent directly. It also states that it is in Baldwin Park - this home is NOT in Baldwin Park. The zip for Baldwin Park is 32814 not 32819, and it is not representative of what a home in Baldwin Park looks like.

Happy house hunting!

If it is in the Baldwin park area it is in Orlando.
Hope this helps.

Have you spoken with a loan agent to see what and how much you qualify for? It will do you no good to put an offer in on a house without A: having someone on your side, someone who will get the best deal for you,and that is why it is extremely emportant for you to have your own unbiased coulcil and not deal direct with the listing agent.

Hope this makes sense.!
