Hi,
This home is in livable condition but already under contract. If you are not working with any agent, and would like information on similar priced properties, please call me at 240-506-1620. I live and work in the Frederick Area. I can send you other property listings in the area and co-ordinate showings for the properties you would be interested to preview at the same time. Also, I can keep a watch on this property for you in case it does get back active.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

I actually showed this property. While it needs cleaning and updating, it is livable. Unfortunately, it is already under contract. Can I help you find something else? Joanne Spivey, Realtor, The Buyers Best - 301.639.4473, office 301.874.5100.

Good Morning,

As my colleagues have stated, this property is under contract. I showed this property to a client about a year ago who was working on getting their financing in order to make an offer on this house and it never worked out for them. The property was in fair condition. If I recall correctly, there was roof leak in a bathroom area and the home would not have been in a condition to finance with FHA or VA unless it was a 203k rehab loan.

The property was quite interesting backing up to a creek which was a lovely setting for relaxing and enjoying the water babbling in the background as you lounge on your patio or porch. The stone work was really beautiful as well. Since this property would be a candidate for a cash purchase, I wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be an investor who will flip the property. I can find out, if you like. The downsize to that is that it'll be priced much higher once it's brought up to speed and can be financed FHA or VA.

I am happy to help you find a similar property if you do not already have an agent assisting you. I have a client I'm working with who is also looking in this price point so I can share information with you about several other listings that are available under $200k. My other client is looking for a secluded property with land.

So, let me know if I can assist you in your search.

The home is in livable condition and is "Under Contract". I received an inquiry on this home from a Trulia home buyer several weeks ago. He was very dissappointed the home is under-contract.
