As my colleagues have stated, this property is under contract. I showed this property to a client about a year ago who was working on getting their financing in order to make an offer on this house and it never worked out for them. The property was in fair condition. If I recall correctly, there was roof leak in a bathroom area and the home would not have been in a condition to finance with FHA or VA unless it was a 203k rehab loan.
The property was quite interesting backing up to a creek which was a lovely setting for relaxing and enjoying the water babbling in the background as you lounge on your patio or porch. The stone work was really beautiful as well. Since this property would be a candidate for a cash purchase, I wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be an investor who will flip the property. I can find out, if you like. The downsize to that is that it'll be priced much higher once it's brought up to speed and can be financed FHA or VA.
